PURPOSE: To help families eat better for less.

SERVICES RENDERED: Classes on stretching family buying power, fixing low cost foods, keeping the family healthy, food needs and pregnancy, food plans for babies, infants, and teens, preserving food, weight control, where to go for other social services, using WIC foods, freezing, canning, and growing foods.

PERSONS SERVED: Low income families with children under the age of 19.

AREA SERVED: Cooper and Howard Counties.

FEES: None.

HOURS: 9 a.m-Noon; 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
