315 Main

This building built in 1870’s was known as the Phoenix Building. It is capped with ornate cast iron and pressed metal cornice. Above the first level you will see the words “The Phoenix” appears. Over this there is a pediment with stamped panels and shell motifs. From 1885 to 1920 this building was used as a saloon. The entrance is centrally located and is surrounded by display area. The second story is connected to first with framed porches. The structure faces east on to Main. There is an alley to the South and the West.
