This building was built in 1914 for the use of a department store. The building was erected with fires proof construction except exposed steel in reinforced concrete columns floors and roofs. With an inset entrance and single leaf entrance to the north which gave access to the top floors. This was were the JcPenny’s store was located. This building sits on the northwest corner of Main and Spring.
