The brick bungalow style residence was built in the 1920’s
by Henry Bechtold. A gable dormer is on the west, and pent dormers are on the north and south. The one-story porch has four square brick columns and a closed brick balustrade. The porch on the southeast has been enclosed. A double garage with access from High is at the northeast corner of the lot.
