The brick residence in the Vernacular with bungalow affinities was built about 1920 by a Mr. Quint. It has variegated colored brick in a cross-hatch pattern. The easternmost bay of the south façade has a projecting rectangular bay window with a corbelled brick base. There is a small pent roof ell to the east which is original to the structure. The alley to the south gives access to a one-car brick garage.
