721 E. Spring
The residence was built in the late 1800s. It has become a rental property with 3-4 apartments. The irregular plan and roof line are accented by a rectangular bay on the southwest which has a gable roof with stickwork and returns and a polygonal bay to the southeast which has a conical roof with 3 windows at a set-in balcony. This tower has an ornate finial. There is a porch to the north which is on a molded concrete block foundation. The entrance has a transom. An enclosed sleeping porch is at the second story level and has a pent roof. Along the north alley is a four-car vertical board garage. A pent roofed one-and-one-half story frame building sheathed with clapboard is to the south of the garage.
