726 E. Spring
The structure was built by Louis Gantner, a brick mason and co-partner of the Boonville Brick Company. On the northwest is a one-bay, one-story porch with a wide entablature, molded concrete block square piers, spool columns and molded balustrade. To the southeast is a one-story brick ell. There is a chimney at the south end which has an ornately corbelled cap. To the north of this ell is a brick addition with an enclosed frame porch above and a frame porch extending to the south. There is stained glass on the west which highlights the interior stairs. There is an attached, one-car brick garage to the southeast of the brick ell.
