804 E. Spring

          The frame Queen Anne Cottage style residence was built near the turn of the century.  A polygonal bay was added to the north façade of the projecting rectangular ell on the northeast.   The gables have fishscale shingles.  There is a pent addition on the southwest with a pent addition which is covered with siding on its south façade.  On the southeast is a pent addition which is on a brick foundation and is clapboarded.  There are no outbuildings.
