          The structure may have been built for residence and rental property for Pauline Smith around 1916.  It is a duplex today.  Hip roofed dormers with 4 small windows are on the west and south facades.  The porch is an integral part of the roof line and has 5 molded concrete block columns.  There is a frame, pent roofed porch, on concrete block piers across the south façade.
