J. J. Walther built this one-and-one-half story brick building as a
carpenter shop in the early 1900's. It is currently used as an office and sheet
metal shop. The gable end which is to the street has an
attic window. The double
leaf entrance has concrete steps and an awning.
A two-car open carport built of wood posts with a
corrugated roof projects to the south.
The north facade is obscured by the addition of a pent roofed concrete
block section.
