This brick Queen Anne Cottage was probably constructed in the early 1880’s. The original house was a 3-room structure. The kitchen, bath, and back bedroom were added recently. This building has local significance architecturally as part of a cohesive neighborhood. Accenting the primary façade is a projecting ell with a polygonal bay, a west bay, and a 1920 pent porch over the entrance. There is a brick ell extending to the north which has a vinyl sided, pent addition to the west. An alley is to the west and north which gives access to a gabled garage.
