215 - 217 E. Morgan
Built by Roland Sombart in the early
1900's, this duplex continues to be used as such today.
The brick structure has 2 entrances on the south.
The east and west facades repeat each other with a
projecting bay which has an entrance with a transom and a rectangular
brick addition at each rear corner. A frame enclosed
porch is on the north. One
outbuilding is on the alley to the north.
