This bungalow residence was originally built as a basement house in the 1940's by a contractor named Wahtz with the first story
added at a later date. It
has a raised concrete porch on the north
with square brick columns. There
is a one-story ell to the south. On the west is a chimney with small flanking
windows and a basement entrance at
street level. There is a drive from
3rd Street to the west basement entrance. The
back yard is fenced. There is one small metal storage building to
the south of the residence.
