Dating in the 1930's, this frame duplex on a concrete foundation
was built in the vernacular design with box affinities.
The two central entrances on the south are protected by a one-story hip
roofed porch supported on brick columns.
To the north is a one-story raised pent porch which is screened in.
There are two walk-out basement entrances below it.
Along the north alley is a
pent roofed molded concrete block garage.
