The
vernacular design of this frame home has an Eastlake porch
on the east facade capping the entrance.
There is a pent dormer on this facade.
There is a pent addition on the south facade of the west ell, which has a
basement entrance. The rear porch
was closed in in 1977. The
structure is similar in style to other homes in the area.
There is a gabled garage at the northwest corner of the lot with access
from the alley.
