Secretary’s Report: Accepted as presented
Treasurer’s Report: Accepted as presented. Brief discussion of the two City grants – One (1) is for Salary and the other is for MRN cards and materials.
Old Business
Web Contest – Check given to JoAnn Sullivan to give to winner.
Report on Tourism Grant – Discussed Amanda’s remaining obligations on grants. Art reported he had upgraded city Retail Businesses and given the information to Tracy and Sarah.
Summer Interns – High school kids (HDC) can work on MRN stuff, but need place to work. Bill S. to contact Ginger for more information.
Housing/Landlord’s page – JoAnn received a call from someone (?) questioning why nothing on the page. Jeff Lueck and others excited, but not yet very helpful.
Membership – Need new members, especially for Howard and Saline!
New Business
By-laws – Art moved and Harry Stone 2d to separate Secretary and Treasurer into two positions. Passed. David Haun moved and Harry Stone 2d to accept resignation of Darin Starr as Secretary-Treasurer.

Community Calendar – It is not being utilized – we will try to start putting in Service Club meeting schedules, and maybe Chamber events.
