Old Business
Computer lessons: Students are still dropping out. Jonette, Harrys daughter, is helping all she can. Art has sent a letter to all churches about the computer classes in the hope that some folks who do not frequent the Senior Center will hear about the classes and call, or come in.
Tourism Grant: Amanda isnt done. She has completed and put up 60 properties. Jackie Bruner has done 20 more. We now need pictures to go with the descriptions.
Corporate Sponsors: Our grant request to Wal-Mart for $500.00 has been approved and the money deposited. Art Schneider and Bill Sullivan will go out in May to make personal calls on potential new Corporate Sponsors.
Membership: Membership is on the agenda every month because we need to keep our attention on it and constantly work toward gaining both more individual memberships and Corporate Sponsors.
Lewis & Clark celebration: Bill Sullivan continues to post new material to the Lewis & Clark page. He has taken pictures of some of the memorabilia, but needs selling prices for most of it. Sarah Gallagher intends to have a site downtown to sell memorabilia.
Other old business: Harry Weber will be here on April 29th to sign posters.
NEW BUSINESS:
JoAnn is trying to catch up on MRN page up-dates. The OATS Bus representative gave her information to update the OATS page. Boonville Jaycees asked about updating their page, but have not sent us any information with which to do it. JoAnn expects to get more passwords and User IDs from Mark. Art will talk to Tom White & Melanie Hein on Emergency Preparedness.
No further business appearing, meeting was adjourned.
