OLD BUSINESS:

Stipend Volunteer: Art Schneider moved & Bill Sullivan 2d motion to pay Margie Brimer $1000 for 100 hours of MRN maintenance and service. Motion passed.

Annual Corporate Report: Bill Sullivan reported that he has filed the annual corporate report with the Secretary of State and paid the $15.00 fee. He will request reimbursement through the Treasurer.

Dreamweaver: University Extension has purchased a copy of the Dreamweaver Suite. Darlene is learning to us it. University Extension does offer classes for this program.

Corporate Sponsors: Art reported that Susan Farris of Bank of America had told him that she was forwarding their check for corporate sponsorship. Following some discussion, the Secretary was instructed to send renewal reminders to all annual sponsors.

Tourism Grant: Our contract with the City Tourism Committee was to put up 50 pages of sites on the National Register of Historic Places. We now have 30 sites with photos, plus another 100 sites finished, but without photos. We have exceeded the city minimum expectations.

Links: Many links are still bad. This is an area that Margie can address. Harry Stone also reported that the "Search" feature in MRN is not working. JoAnn will contact Mark Eslick to see if he can fix it.

NEW BUSINESS:

Dreamweaver: Art will check to see if more copies of Dreamweaver can be purchased through University Extension for those working on MRN.

New Pages: JoAnn has re-done the Friends of Historic Boonville page and now has it up. The Morgan Street Baptist Church no longer exists and should be taken off. Bill Wood created the page for the site for the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ, but it is now out of date and Bill is unavailable to work on it. Harry Stone will get with Doug Weekley to change the site password so he can update the page.

No further business appearing, meeting was adjourned.
