Secretarys Report: Accepted as amended. Under "Dreamweaver", change University Extension . . . to Columbia Career Center . . . , And under "Corporate Sponsors", change . . .had told him that she was forwarding their check . . ., to had asked him for MRNS Tax ID number . . .
Treasurers Report: Accepted and filed as presented. Pete Motion, Art 2d, passed.
OLD BUSINESS: JoAnn briefed the Board on the status of Margie Brimer to work on MRN as a stipened volunteer.
New Correspondence: Art asked that we establish a link from CCBC to the Outdoor Arts Project pages.
Corporate Sponsors: Nothing new this month.
NEW BUSINESS:
Board Member termination: Due to an unresolved legal situation regarding MRN Board member Harry Stone, Art Schneider moved, and Pete Rodman 2d motion to terminate Mr. Stones Board Member status until such time as his legal situation may be favorably resolved. Motion passed by unanimous vote of the Board.
Tourism Grant: Art handed out these grant materials: (1) Growing Up In Segregation, (2) Missouri Community Service Commission, and (3) information on the City of Boonville Tourism Grant. Art is ready to make these grant applications, but will need members of the Board to attend the City of Boonville training session, and to sign one or more of the application(s). Art moved and Pete Rodman 2d, and motion passed to proceed with the grant applications. JoAnn and Pete agreed to attend the City training, and JoAnn will sign as needed for the Board.
